First Film: S**t Shrewsbury
Submitted by Pete on Sun, 07/31/2005 - 12:22pm.So I’m thinking this morning, what shall I do today? Then it suddenly dawned on me to make a film and after enlisting the creative expertise of Matthew we set about working out what we can make a short film about.
We decided to make a film about Shrewsbury, more specifically the run down areas of the town. I have never seen a TV show about the run down areas of Shrewsbury so it was easy to make an original show.
After listing then filming from my car different areas of the town we set about editing and writing a script to go over the top of the video. In almost all scenes we cut out the original audio for our comments narrated by Matthew.
The editing was all done in iMovie on the Mac as its so easy to use and doesn’t require much brain power (can be kept for the creativity ;)).
After 7 hours of work we had our first film, it might only be 5mins long, and the video quality could be better but its original and quite witty in places.
Well worth taking a look and if you have any comments post them below.

Note: If you do not like bad language or any sort of humor please do not download this. This film is a work of fiction. The entire film was filmed on location in Shrewsbury which is a nice place really.
Requires Quicktime 6+.
