Pete, I have been using iPlayer on the Mini in the kitchen to let the kids watch CBBC etc and it is perfectly watchable. I have to say with modern digi boxes capable of recording hours of digital TV I dont really feel the need to download terrestrial TV to my computer, but being able to watch the odd programme in a browser ( full screen) in acceptable quality is really handy.

iPlayer is certainly a vast improvement on the likes of Youtube in terms of quality and Joost in terms of content.
