im pretty good on the drums on rock band or whatever its called! gunna try out the wii fit soon jons folks bought it

I dont think I was too bad on the rock band drums but my shin did hurn after a while of doing it which is why I reckon it's good exercise

haha i would love to but the diet has been going well so far - started to lose weight already. Another few weeks of this and I should be able to do both buckles up on my trousers.

I've cut out eating crisps at work (tho I had a pot noodle instead today), had no alcohol and I've been eating smaller portions at home. Will be working out at Benjie's gym too.

bit random but as resolution i want to do more for charity!
if any of you got stuff u dont want or rubbish christmas prezzies, i am doing a collection for cat protcetion league! i konw there are lots of prob more desevering causes but i prom the little old woman i would help out!
they will take pretty much any fin as long as it is clean! thanks cx
