Monday morning at 7:30am our server suffered a critical hardware failure. By 8am engineers were on site working to restore services. However because of the extreme damage caused a system restore was not possible and yesterday evening it was decided to abandon the server and start fresh. The server was built and configured over night and today data has been copied back to the server. This process is still happening and I cannot guarantee when it will be finished.

Do not worry as your data has been backed up and you will not have lost anything.

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and you and you will be compensated once the crisis is over.
