Oh my days....had a weird dream about Tupper last night where he owned a restaurant and wore a waistcoat as would put his one hand in his pocket and spin round....then he chucked out a black man for saying n****r in his restaurant.....then we all went to a pub quiz and this german lady gave us all magic mushrooms....

I'm thinkin waistcoats = WIN!! The restaurant should be called TIMMY'S!! and I hate it when people say nipple with an r!!

Rite think its time for a diet update just for all the people who didn't think I would last this long.

So far this month I've not drunk any alcohol and cut down on meal size. I've been ill the past couple of days and unable to eat which has helped sightly in my weight loss.

At the beginning of the month I was a whopping 93kg (thats 14.6stone for the old fashioned people), this morning I was a more realistic 83kg (13stone) - a similar weight to what I was last year.

The good news is that this a more realistic weight for my height and age but there is still room for improvement, the bad news is little/none of this weight seems to have gone from beletor which is unsurprising considering I had beletor this time last year.

My aim is still 80kg by March however in order to cut down on Beletor I think this needs to be a longer term target of <70kg.

Putting me to shame Pete, I'm down from 106kg to 102.5. Still half a stone or so! Only another 3 to go!

im like 12 and half stone. And not trying to be cocky or anything i hardly have any fat on me. Be careful how much weight u lose mate

Yeah ALOT more which is why as a rule men weigh more than women but women have a higher percentage of body fat

But phone has been fucking up, i might of been a bit drunk and dropped it on sat, well not dropped got forced to drop it because of some big oaf :cry:
