So...I've pretty much decided on the Toshiba 37" (which will just about fit in my room!) and I'm gonna get it delivered this Saturday! :D

Now it's pretty innevitable that a console will follow...infact I'm pretty sure I'll have one by the end of next week. The only question is, what should I go for? XBOX 360 Elite or PS3?

Pretty much everyone I know has a 360 (apart from Mung) But what are peoples thoughts?

Personally I would still go for the XBox 360 as its a really good price now and has a great range of games.

I've got a 360 Tupper! If you're gonna hook it up to the net and play online against us lot then I'd go for a 360, if not then I'd get a PS3.
Wouldn't buy an Elite though, you can buy the 120gb HDD for alot less than the diff in price between the consoles. Unless you REALLY want a black console there is pretty much no reason to get an Elite

Now petay you must have me mistaken with some computer geek if you think i no what WoW means?! and my boyfriend was the last to cross over to the dark side and now ive lost him forever! :cry:
boys are annoying when they play computer games and they do it for like hours!

Yeah, I'm well chuffed getting it at that price!! :D

Gonna order some games later- Play seem to be pretty good- most games between £15 and £20!!

Think I'm gonna start with Halo 3, Gears of War and GTA 4. Any others I should look out for?

Fallout 3 is AMAZING!! and if you follow the side quests very long so good value for money :) Deadspace is pretty damn good too
